Epic fail on trying to blog for 30 days straight.
Day 9: Something you're proud of in the last few days.
- my godson, Bernard, who was a very brave and very good boy when he was sent to the hospital after a classmate of his poked him with a pencil near his left eye. Parents of the classmate (a boy) claimed that it was an accident and that he was just being a child, but there were EYE witnesses so it disproves their statement. Instead of filing a formal complaint, Bernard's mother offered that the parents should pay for the medical bills -- which really was fair since it was after all their son who was wrong at the time. I went and visited Bernard just recently and he is doing well as any five-year-old can be. His wound has healed but left a thin scar. As for the parents, they refused at first but conceded after the principal of the school talked some sense into them.
Day 10: Songs you listen to.
Mad: Chopsuey by System of a Down -- it releases all my anger, frustrations, resentment, etc. and the growl (?) helps as well.
Sad: Love songs dripping in heartache
Happy: Broadway. Seriously.
Hyper: techno-esque beats.
Bored: 80s and 90s songs
Day 11: Another picture of you and your friends.

Haha, you actually got further with this challenge than I did. Congratulations for sticking to it!
ReplyDeleteHope your godson is all right. Such a shame that instead of disciplining their child, parang wala pang nangyari. Nakakainis!
Too bad though, I was looking forward to your posts. :)
ReplyDeleteHee hee. Thanks!
He's alright, still makulit. Haha! Though now he knows who he's real friends are.
IKR?! And the kid has a history of being violent, this is not his first offense. I won't be surprised if the kid ends in juvy or something when he gets older.
